“Marsha” is a mixed-media piece that pays homage to Marsha P. Johnson and all the forebearers of the Queer rights movements, particularly trans women and sex workers of colour. Without these brave and unrelenting activists, we wouldn’t have the numerous freedoms we have today, and it’s our duty to continue sharing their names and work so we never forget where we came from.
25% of the net proceeds of each sale of this item are donated back to Pflag Canada or another local Queer organization.
The Marsha pillows are printed and sewn in Montreal, Canada, with permanent reactive inks, so the designs will always stay bright and bold. They're available in either 100% cotton or a cotton-linen blend (68% cotton/32% linen) for a slightly softer touch.
